If you’re asked about tickets and memberships, feel free to direct customers towards the Ticket Office, however, here is a link to pricing and membership (now known as Friends of the Palace) details on the main site.

Note that the Wells Heritage Pass is no longer sold but passes within date will still be accepted.  A new combined ticket with the Cathedral was introduced in 2024 and more information on this can be found in the above pricing link.
