Online Booking – SuperSaas

Our visitor surveys tell us how much visitors value the warm and friendly welcome they receive at The Bishop’s Palace, the helpfulness in answering questions and the useful information that is passed on. Much of this is down to you, our volunteers, and we aim to ensure that there are always volunteers on-site to help visitors.

Our on-line booking system, Supersaas, enables volunteers in specified roles (guides and VSVs) to book in time slots which they are able to fill, and it also helps us to know where there are gaps in cover and to take action to fill these.
