It’s important that everyone who joins The Palace Trust as a volunteer is able to undertake their role. The Palace Trust wishes to ensure that everyone who volunteers does so without financial hardship; it therefore contributes towards some out of pocket expenses for which all volunteers are entitled to claim if they would like to. Expense forms can be found in the Bevy Room. Please note that petrol mileage claimable has increased to 55p/mile from the 1st June. You will need to complete the new expense form from 1 June. You can’t mix a claim prior to 1 June with one afterwards at the new rate so complete a separate expense claim for any mileage pre 1st June using the old form.
