  • On-site staff throughout opening hours

These measures help ensure continuous oversight of the site at all times.

Unattended Items & Staying Alert

To support our safety efforts, we kindly ask all visitors to:

  • Keep personal belongings with them at all times

  • Remain vigilant

  • Report any suspicious items or behaviour to a member of staff immediately

Lost Persons

If you become separated from your group, please speak to a member of staff or visit our Ticket Office, located in the free area of the site. 

Conditions of Entry

Entry to The Bishop’s Palace requires a valid ticket, which must be retained at all times. By entering the site, you agree to abide by our visitor guidelines, which are in place for the safety, enjoyment, and respect of all.
