Journey back to the 1940s with a World War 2 re-enactment weekend at The Bishop’s Palace in Wells.
For two days this summer, immerse yourself in history during Britain at War, part of our History Alive series. Our historic site will be transformed with authentic sights, sounds and activities, as visitors can explore what everyday life may have been like during World War 2.
