If you’re looking for a day out with a difference, then don’t miss the Medieval Falconry Day at The Bishop’s Palace on Saturday 11th April.
Suitable for all ages, this event will include flying displays with an expert falconer who will take visitors through the different uses that kings, queens, bishops and peasants would have had for these wonderful birds in medieval times.
In between displays, visitors will have the chance to handle some of the birds.
11th April, 11am - 4pm. Please note that this is a fundraising day for the Palace - ticket prices will be: £10.25 adults, £5.10 children, £20.50 Family with 1 adult and up to 3 children, £28.50 Family with 2 adults and up to 3 children, including entrance to the site.
