Gardens Open Daily During Lockdown

6th January - 28th March 10:00am

The Bishop’s Palace Gardens will remain open 10am-4pm daily during the current lockdown.

The Palace building will be closed, but the Chapel will be open for private prayer.

The Bishop’s Table cafe is open with a full menu for takeaway only (last orders 3:45pm).

The Dragon’s Lair playground is also open.

Please visit only in your household bubbles for exercise, or alone with one other person not from your household.

The Bishop’s Palace will begin hosting weekly Tai Chi for Wellbeing sessions in our magnificent gardens from 22nd April 2021. Led by local practitioner John Beasley, who has over 20 years of Tai Chi experience, these sessions will promote wellness and mindfulness.
