This job could be exactly what you are looking for. This is not a desk-based job – your purpose is to lead the Visitor Operations Team by example, delivering an outstanding customer service to all of our 400,000+ visitors.
You will be leading by example to build a culture of exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standard of presentation and visitor welcome. You will motivate your team, driving exceptional performance and generating sales and revenue to support the unique Bishop’s Palace and Gardens.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales with a customer focused approach and the people skills to build a strong and dynamic team. Most of all, you will be passionate about conserving this iconic medieval Palace and Gardens for future generations to love, cherish and enjoy.
